Azonta Travel and Tours, together with the Department of Tourism (DOT) Caraga Region, participated in the 34th Philippine Travel Mart (PTM) held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City on September 1-3, 2023.
The PTM is the longest-running travel trade exhibition in the Philippines, and it is organized by the Philippine Tour Operators Association (PHILTOA). The event gathers travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other tourism stakeholders from all over the country.
Azonta Travel and Tours showcased the beauty of Dinagat Island at the PTM. The company offered tour packages that included visits to Dinagat’s famous tourist destinations, such as the Tidal Pool, Bitaog Beach, Hakaghak Rock Formations, and more.
Azonta Travel and Tours’ General Manager, Jeanzent L. Mancia, said that they are excited to promote Dinagat Island to the rest of the Philippines through the PTM. She said that Dinagat is a hidden gem, and it has a lot to offer tourists, such as its pristine beaches, rock formations, caves, and tidal pool.
The PTM will run until September 3, 2023. Azonta Travel and Tours invites everyone to visit their table at the CARAGA booth at the SMX Convention Center to learn more about Dinagat Island and book a tour package.
In addition to Azonta Travel and Tours, the PTM also featured other exhibitors from all over the Philippines. The event was also attended by the Governor Nilo P. Demerey Jr. of Dinagat Island and the Secretary of Tourism Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco
