The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Note that being late by 15-30 minutes without any advice is considered a no-show. Schedule cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your original subject to approval.
1. Booking and Reservation:
– Slots are limited and allocated on a First Come, First Served Basis.
– Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% down payment, with the remaining 50% balance due at least 2 days before the trip. Non-compliance may result in slot forfeiture.
2. Payment:
– A 50% down payment is required upon booking; failure to comply may result in slot forfeiture.
– Down payments for confirmed bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE, but slots are transferable to a 3rd Party.
3. No-Show and Refunds:
– No-Show on confirmed travel dates is not entitled to rebooking or a refund; the voucher is subject to forfeiture.
– Payments made by No-Show Participants will not be refunded nor deducted from their companion’s account.
4. Non-Completion of Tour:
– For non-completion of the tour, no refund shall be made.
5. Rebooking:
– Rebooking of an exclusive tour is allowed at least 7 days prior to the travel date, with a 15% Rebooking Fee charged. Rebooking is valid within one (1) year.
– Rebooking of a Joiner’s tour is subject to approval.
6. Cancellation:
– Cancellation must be advised immediately in writing/e-mail.
– Refund payment scheme:
a. More than 15 days before the trip: At least 15% of the total package amount is non-refundable.
b. 8-14 days before the trip: At least 25% of the total package amount is non-refundable.
c. 7 days or less before the trip: At least 50% of the total package amount is non-refundable.
7. Accommodations:
– For Dinagat Islands tour package, participants will be billeted at Budget Accommodations in San Jose. Additional charges may apply for preferred Resorts and Inns.
8. Gadget Protection:
– Secure and protect all gadgets from water. Azonta Travel and Tours are not liable for any damages incurred.
9. Medical Conditions:
– Participants must guarantee they are not pregnant and without serious medical problems. Bring maintenance medicines. Azonta Travel and Tours is not liable for untoward medical conditions.
10. Activities and Health Risks:
– This tour involves activities such as swimming, diving, caving, and climbing, which may pose health risks. Azonta Travel and Tours are not liable for untoward medical conditions arising from these activities.
11. Joiner’s Tour Etiquette:
– Be mindful of the itinerary and considerate to other participants. Follow the instructions of the Tour Coordinator.
12. Changes to Itinerary:
– Azonta Travel and Tours reserve the right to cancel, rebook, and make instant adjustments and changes to the itinerary based on weather and sea conditions.
13. Minimum Participants for Joiners Tour:
– Azonta Travel and Tours reserve the right to cancel and rebook a scheduled trip if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants may choose another travel date or receive a full refund.
